Jinero tools follow open web standards and work with resources from Google Fonts, MDN Web Docs, and adhere to WCAG 2.1 accessibility guidelines.
A complete free toolbox for designers and developers
Jinero brings together everything you'd otherwise juggle across 35+ tabs — type, icons, color, image editing, AI-powered photo tools, and dev utilities — in one fast, sign-up-free browser app. Every resource is licensed for free use, with original licenses preserved and surfaced on every detail page.
Type & typography
Browse 4,700+ free fonts with live preview and one-click ZIP download. Convert legacy fonts with the Web Font Converter, identify any face from a screenshot via the AI Font Recognizer, or generate heading + body pairs. The public Fonts API is a Google Fonts CSS2 drop-in — no key required.
Icons & SVG
Search across 274,000+ open-source SVG icons — Lucide, Heroicons, Tabler, Material Symbols, Phosphor, and more. Build custom sprites with the Sprite Generator, edit vectors in the SVG Editor, convert raster to SVG with the Vectorizer, or browse every character in the Unicode Browser.
Color & palettes
Explore 6,000+ curated palettes filterable by mood, temperature, and harmony. Build with the Palette Generator, extract from any image, derive shades and tints, and verify a11y with the WCAG Contrast Checker. The Design System Builder exports complete starter packs.
AI image tools
Several Jinero tools run AI server-side — no account, no per-image fees. One-click AI Background Remover, upscale and denoise via AI Image Enhancer, identify fonts from any image with the AI Font Recognizer. Pair with the Image Optimizer, Favicon Generator, or Dither Effect for retro looks.
Developer utilities
Speed up work with the curated SCSS Mixins library, CSS clamp() generator for fluid typography, Gradient and Mesh Gradient builders, Code Minifier, Code Converter (SCSS↔CSS, JSON↔YAML), SVG → Base64, and the UI Elements Library with copyable HTML/CSS.
Open & ad-free
Jinero is free forever for personal and commercial work. No accounts required for the tools, no ads, no per-export paywall. Every font, icon, and palette ships with its original license displayed on the detail page. Our own code is MIT; the public Fonts API is rate-limited but otherwise open. Reach out: @jinero_online.
Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. All tools, downloads, and the public API are free for personal and commercial use. We do not have a paid tier or feature paywall. Original font and icon licenses (OFL, Apache, MIT, CC0) are displayed on every detail page and must be respected for redistribution.
No. Browsing, downloading, and using every utility works without an account. Sign-up is only needed to save favourites and bookmarks across sessions, or to generate a personal API token for higher rate limits.
Three tools run AI models server-side: the AI Background Remover (image segmentation), the AI Image Enhancer (upscaling and denoising), and the AI Font Recognizer (image-to-font matching). The rest are pure browser-side algorithms.
Yes. The API itself is free for personal and commercial use. The underlying fonts retain their original licenses — most are OFL, which permits commercial use as long as the font isn't sold standalone. The license for each family is returned in the API response and displayed on the font detail page.
Jinero is browser-based and free like Canva, but specifically targets designer + developer workflow — fonts, icons, palettes, image utilities, and code helpers in one place, without subscription tiers. Compared with Google Fonts, we add live preview tools, a font recognizer, a font pair generator, a converter, and a privacy-friendly self-hosted API as a drop-in alternative.
